Turn more pricing-page visitors into sign-ups
Find the step where would-be customers stop before signing up, watch those sessions, and test the fix before you roll it out.
Cuttl helps SaaS companies find where website visitors stop before they sign up, and why. Funnels show which step from landing page to new account loses the most people. Heatmaps and session recordings show what went wrong on that step. Then you A/B test a fix and measure it in sign-ups, trials or demo requests.
Where SaaS sites lose sign-ups.
Self-serve sign-ups and demo requests tend to stall in the same few places, and each one leaves a trace in the data.
Pricing page views that don’t turn into sign-ups
Click and scroll maps show whether people reach the plan table, try the billing toggle, and where they stop.

Form analytics shows time, hesitation and drop-off for each field, without recording what anyone types.

Dead clicks, error clicks and failed requests are grouped into issues, ranked by how many sessions they affect.

Every session from the same visitor sits together, so you can watch the whole evaluation, from first look to sign-up.

Find the step that loses sign-ups
Build a funnel from landing page to pricing, sign-up and first login. Funnels run on data you already have, so a new funnel covers past visitors too.
Funnels and formsSee what stopped them
Recordings replay real sessions with idle time skipped. The timeline marks rage clicks, errors and the moment someone signs up or leaves.
Session recordingsTest the fix and measure it in sign-ups
Turn the problem you found into an A/B test, with the evidence attached. Edit the pricing page in the visual editor, or use your own CSS and JavaScript.
Web ExperimentsShip the winner and check it holds
Roll a clear winner out to everyone with a small holdout. Cuttl keeps watching the original issue, marks it fixed once the clean sessions can’t be chance, and reopens it if it comes back after a release.

Cuttl’s MCP serverSingle-page apps, tracked as they are
Route changes in React, Vue or Next.js count as page views, with no routing code to add.

Add your own user ID and attributes like plan, then filter funnels, recordings and test audiences by them.
Bots out of your numbers
Bots and AI agents we detect are kept out of your sign-up rates.

SaaS questions
What is SaaS conversion optimization?
SaaS conversion optimization means finding and removing what stops visitors from signing up, starting a trial or booking a demo, such as an unclear pricing page, a long sign-up form or a broken button. Funnels, heatmaps and recordings show which of those problems your own site has, and A/B tests check the fix.
What is a good conversion rate for a SaaS website?
It depends on your model (free plan, free trial or demo-led), your price and where the traffic comes from, so a single benchmark says little. Compare your rate by channel and campaign over time, and work on the step where your own funnel loses the most people.
Does Cuttl work with single-page apps like React or Next.js?
Yes. Route changes are tracked as page views without extra setup.
Can I connect sessions to the people who signed up?
Yes. Sessions from the same browser already count as one unique visitor. Add your own user ID once someone signs in, plus attributes like plan, and you can filter recordings, funnels and test audiences by them.
Can I A/B test my pricing page?
Yes. Change layout, text, plan order or the billing toggle in the visual editor or with your own code, or send visitors to a redesigned page with a split URL test. Measure the result in sign-ups, trials or demo requests.
Can I use Cuttl inside my logged-in product?
Yes, if you add the Cuttl Tag to the app’s pages. Form inputs are masked by default, visitors’ IP addresses are never stored, and your consent settings are respected before anything is recorded.
We get little traffic. Can we still test?
Heatmaps, recordings and funnels work at any traffic level. If an A/B test would take too long, the pre-test planner tells you, and Change Impact can compare before and after instead.
