Show every client what to fix, and what worked

Find where each client’s visitors drop off, share the recordings behind it, and test the fix before it goes live on their site.

Cuttl gives agencies one workspace for every client site. Heatmaps, session recordings and funnels show where each client’s visitors drop off and why. Share links and client logins put that evidence in front of the client, and A/B tests and before-and-after checks show which fix converted better.

Spot, test, ship

How an agency finds and fixes a client’s drop-off.

01

Find the biggest leak on each client site

Set each client’s main goal, then build a funnel to it. Funnels run on data you already have, so a new funnel covers past visitors too.

Funnels and forms
02

Show the client what their visitors saw

Recordings replay real sessions with idle time skipped. The timeline marks rage clicks, errors and the moment someone converts or leaves.

03

Test the fix, with approval before launch

Turn the issue you found into an A/B test, with the recordings and heatmap attached. Build it in the visual editor, or use your own CSS and JavaScript.

04

Ship the winner and report what changed

Roll the winner out to everyone with a small holdout. Cuttl keeps watching the original issue, marks it fixed once the clean sessions can’t be chance, and reopens it if it comes back.

What you get

Built for teams that work on many sites.

Cuttl’s MCP server

From one site to unlimited

Free covers 1 active site, Pro 5 and Max unlimited, with fair use. Paused sites keep their data.

Access set by role

Roles for account admin, admin, analyst and viewer, two-factor sign-in and a log of who opened the workspace.

Bots out of client numbers

Bots and AI agents we detect are kept apart from real visitors, and those bots never count toward your plan.

Ask from your AI assistant

Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can read any client site’s data and draft tests, and changes wait for a person to approve.

Getting started

Your first week with Cuttl.

Step 1

Add your client sites

Add each site to your workspace and paste its Cuttl Tag into the head of every page, or deploy it through Google Tag Manager.

Step 2

Set each client’s goal

Mark the main conversion for each site, like an order, a booking or a sign-up, and build a funnel to it.

Step 3

Run the first audit

Open the issues list for each site and watch the recordings behind the top few.

Step 4

Share and test

Send the client a recording link, then draft an A/B test from the issue they agree to fix.

Questions

Agency questions

What tools does a CRO agency need?

A CRO agency usually needs heatmaps and session recordings to find problems, funnels and form analytics to size them, an A/B testing tool to check the fix, and a way to share results with clients. Cuttl covers all four with one Cuttl Tag per site.

Can I manage several client sites in one account?

Yes. Every client site sits in one workspace. Free collects data on 1 site, Pro on 5 and Max on as many as you need, with fair use. Unique visitors are pooled across your sites, and paused sites keep their data.

Can clients log in and see their own site?

Yes, on Max. Client logins give a client read-only access to the sites you choose, and nothing else in your workspace.

How do I share findings with a client who has no login?

On Pro and Max, send a share link to a recording that opens at the exact moment, or to a test report. You can turn test report links off at any time, and heatmaps download as a PNG image or a CSV list of clicked elements.

Can a test wait for approval before it goes live?

Yes, on Max. With launch approvals on, a test starts only after an admin approves it, so you can agree each launch with the client first. Every test also keeps comments with mentions and a version history you can restore from.

What if a client’s site has too little traffic for an A/B test?

Heatmaps, recordings and funnels work at any traffic level. The pre-test planner tells you when a test would take too long, and Change Impact compares the page before and after a change instead.

How is each client’s data kept apart?

Each client site has its own Cuttl Tag, data and settings, and on Max you choose which sites each client login can see. Visitors’ IP addresses are never stored, and form inputs are masked by default.

Add the Cuttl Tag to each client site. Funnels, heatmaps and recordings start filling in from the next session.
